In the bustling city of Taipei, three strangers' lives intersect in unexpected ways. Hsu, a young woman who raises parrots, receives mysterious phone calls for a man named Johnny. Lee, an autistic young man, finds solace in old newspapers and wanders the streets. Chang, a handyman, struggles to repair his broken-down car.
