In the picturesque South Tyrolean vineyards, respected winemaker Matteo (Tobias Moretti) leads a seemingly idyllic life with his wife Stefania (Ursina Lardi) and daughter Laura (Antonia Moretti). However, their tranquility is disrupted by the arrival of a mysterious figure from Matteo's past - Nino Sorrentino (Fabrizio Romagnoli), who brings with him a dangerous and illegal secret that threatens to destroy everything the family holds dear. As the web of crime and deception tightens, Matteo must confront his past and make impossible choices to protect his loved ones.
