In the picturesque town of Io sono l'abisso, a serial killer leads a seemingly ordinary life, disposing of trash and eliminating blonde women with a disturbing routine. However, his life takes an unexpected turn when he saves a young girl who had jumped into the lake to end her life. As she recovers, an unusual connection forms between them, awakening a hidden humanity within the killer. Unbeknownst to him, a determined investigator known as "The Fly Hunter" is hot on his trail, determined to bring an end to the cycle of violence against women. Will the killer's newfound emotions be his downfall or will he continue to evade justice?
