Hafez

In this powerful drama, a young man named Shamsadin becomes a revered Hafez, a title given to those who have memorized the Koran. He is sent to teach the holy book to Nabat, the daughter of a religious leader who lives abroad. Despite never seeing each other's faces, Shamsadin and Nabat develop strong feelings for each other as they read the Koran together. But when Shamsadin breaks his vows by writing a poem to Nabat, he is cast out and forced to give up his title. Nabat is then forced into an arranged marriage. Can the two ever find their way back to each other?
