In the 1970s, South Korea was under military dictatorship, but it was also a time of cultural revolution. Against this backdrop, a group of young musicians formed a band called The Devils, captivating audiences with their unique style and dance moves. But their success is short-lived as tragedy strikes and they face the threat of disbandment.
