Funkytown

In the pulsating disco scene of 1970s Montreal, a group of colorful characters vies for fame and acceptance. Against the backdrop of the city's reputation as a mecca for nightlife and excess, they pursue their dreams and indulge in their vices, until they must confront the harsh realities of adulthood. At the center of it all is Bastien, a charismatic and troubled radio personality struggling with drug addiction and a penchant for womanizing. As the disco craze slowly fades away, these characters must make difficult choices and confront the changing landscape of Quebec's cultural identity.
