In the heart of a snowy wilderness, a young man named Billy takes refuge in a secluded cabin after being shot in the leg. The cabin's mysterious and eccentric owner, Agnes, nurses him back to health, but they soon realize that they are not alone. Bloodthirsty, skinless creatures lurk outside, determined to get inside. As the night wears on, Billy and Agnes must fight for their lives, but the question remains: who is the real enemy?
