Dirty Filthy Love is a poignant and offbeat romantic comedy that follows the life of Mark Furness, a man struggling with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Tourette's Syndrome. After losing his job and his wife, Mark finds solace in a local self-help group run by Charlotte, who recognizes his symptoms and offers her support.
