Joy, still reeling from a toxic relationship, embarks on a retreat in the mountains with her friend's therapy group. Led by an unorthodox doctor, they venture deep into the wilderness to confront their traumas. But as the trip progresses, Joy's past and a mysterious entity threaten to consume them.
