"Dancing on the Volcano" follows the story of Maarten, a talented dancer who keeps his chronic illness a secret in order to live a normal life. Despite his risky behavior, Maarten pushes his body to its limits, longing to be a typical teenager. As his health begins to deteriorate further, Maarten must come to terms with his condition and the fact that he may not be as ordinary as he desires. Will he continue to dance on the volcano, risking everything, or will he accept his limitations and find a new way to live?
