In the small town of Evans City, a mysterious virus known as "Trixie" spreads through the water supply, turning residents into violent, homicidal maniacs. As the military takes over the town and imposes martial law, a group of survivors, including a sheriff, his pregnant girlfriend, and a few others, must fight for their lives and try to escape the town before it's too late. With the virus spreading rapidly and the military taking extreme measures to contain it, the group faces a desperate race against time to find a way out of Evans City before they become infected or are killed by the army. As the situation spirals out of control, they discover that the virus may not be the only danger they face, and that the true horror may be closer than they think.
