In the gritty underworld of Incheon's Chinatown, a young girl named Il-young is raised by a ruthless loan shark and gangster boss known as Mother. Groomed to be her successor, Il-young is trained to be fierce and merciless, collecting debts and enforcing Mother's rule with precision. But when she meets Suk-hyun, a kind and spirited young man, Il-young begins to question her loyalty to Mother and the violent life she's been forced to lead.
