Climax follows a group of young dancers who come together for a three-day rehearsal in an abandoned school building to prepare for an upcoming performance. As they celebrate their final night with a party, they realize that their drinks have been spiked with LSD, leading to a series of disturbing and hallucinatory events. The group's behavior becomes increasingly erratic, and they begin to accuse each other of being responsible for the spiked drinks. Amidst the chaos, Selva, the choreographer, discovers that Lou, one of the dancers, is pregnant and has been attacked by Dom. As the night progresses, the group's behavior becomes more aggressive and violent, leading to a tragic confrontation that ends in bloodshed. In the end, only Selva and Emmanuelle are left standing as they stumble through the dark tunnel of insanity and depravity in search of help.
