Ceasefire

In the aftermath of World War I, Georges Laffont, a traumatized soldier, embarks on a journey to West Africa in search of a new beginning. With the help of Diofo, an artist and fellow survivor of the war, they recruit villagers to work on plantations in Ghana. However, their venture ultimately leads Georges back to Paris, where he struggles to find his place in a world that has moved on without him.
