California Dreamin'

In a small Romanian village during the Kosovo War, a NATO train carrying military equipment is stopped by the corrupt chief of the train station, who demands proper documentation before allowing it to pass. As the Americans on board try to resolve the issue, they interact with the villagers and a unique bond develops. Meanwhile, the village chief's daughter falls for a soldie, but their communication is hindered by a language barrier. Amidst escalating tensions and a riot that ensues, the train eventually departs, but not before tragedy strikes.
