In this offbeat comedy, a hapless grocery store bagboy named Steve (played by Dr. Steve Brule) is tasked with catching shoplifters in exchange for a prize. As he navigates his way through the store, Steve encounter's a young boy who's trying to steal a candy bar. Instead of turning him in, Steve decides to let the boy go, but not before offering him some questionable advice. Meanwhile, Steve's coworkers are baffled by his strange behavior and his fixation on the store's CCTV feed. Will Steve's decision to spare the boy's life ruin his chances with the object of his affections, cashier Daisy? And what exactly is going on with the creepy butcher in the back room?
