In a decaying rural town, a hard-partying stoner named Lou wakes up with mysterious symptoms and hallucinations, neither realizing nor caring that she might be pregnant. As her bizarre visions intensify, she stumbles upon a sinister plot involving a group of drug dealers and a mysterious figure known as Isaac. With the help of her friend Sadie and a clairvoyant stranger named Lorna, Lou discovers that she has become an unwitting test subject for an experimental hormone drug that has caused her to conceive something monstrous. As Lou's condition worsens, she must confront the dark forces behind her pregnancy and choose between helping to create a new, superior race or risking everything to stop the horror that grows within her. Will Lou be able to escape the clutches of the sinister forces controlling her or will she succumb to the terrifying fate that awaits her?
