In the depths of the Amazon rainforest, a documentary film crew led by anthropologist Steven Cale and director Terri Flores embarks on a journey to uncover the legendary Shirishama Indians. But their quest takes an unexpected turn when they encounter a charismatic yet mysterious river man named Paul Sarone, who offers to guide them deeper into the jungle. As they delve further into the heart of darkness, Sarone reveals his true motive: he's on a deadly mission to track down a monstrous, 40-foot anaconda that roams the river. The crew soon realizes that they're in grave danger, trapped in a desperate fight for survival against nature's fiercest predator.
