In the harsh winter of Gangwon-do, two brothers struggle to survive on their meager income from a soybean paste factory. Jung-chul, the older brother, dreams of escaping to a warmer climate, but their lives take a turn for the worse as they face the spread of black mold in the fermentation room. The family's dysfunctional dynamics and the struggle to make ends meet threaten to consume them. Will they be able to overcome their struggles and find a glimmer of hope in their desolate lives?
