Stealing Heart

Sarjat

During the Chinese Republican era, Lin Chu Ning (Zhong Li Li) grew up in an orphanage, considering her best friend Xiao Rou (Peng Yi Han) as family. However, when Xiao Rou is killed, Chu Ning mistakenly believes that playboy Lu Si Yen (Zhang Yi Jie) is the culprit. Chu Ning finds a token that indicates that Xiao Rou is a member of the Lu family, and decides to destroy the family from the inside. She approaches Si Yen and seduces him – but Si Yen, who wants to avoid an arranged marriage, has his own reasons for accepting Chu Ning's advances. When Chu Ning reveals Xiao Rou's token during a Lu family banquet, she publicly assumes the identity of "Si Yen's sister," while Si Yen himself is horrified that he may have fallen in love with a biological relative. This drama was adapted from the web novel "Shan Hun Hou, Wo Bei Da Shu Chong Shang Tian" by Fan Qie Chao Ya Tui.
