In a distant future, humanity has colonized space and formed a galactic government. Robby Yarge, a 30-year-old freelance reporter, is down on his luck. He's lost his job, his girlfriend has left him, and he's barely survived a traffic accident. To top it off, he's being pursued by debt collectors. One day, a young man named Hatchi Kita helps him recover his stolen backpack and Robby offers him gratitude and a meal in return. They discover they're complete opposites and go their separate ways. However, Hatchi reappears in Robby's life as a debt collector, working for the loan shark Yan. They embark on a wild chase across the galaxy, with Yan and his subordinates Aro and Gra in hot pursuit. Despite the odds against them, Robby and Hatchi team up to find the legendary planet Isekandar, said to bring happiness to those who visit. Will they be able to escape their troubles and find the elusive planet?
