Pandorum

In the distant future, humanity's last hope for survival lies in a spaceship called the Elysium, carrying 60,000 people to a new planet. But when two crew members, Corporal Bower and Lieutenant Payton, wake up from hypersleep with no memory of who they are or what their mission is, they soon discover that something has gone terribly wrong. The ship is overrun by cannibalistic humanoids, and the pair must fight to stay alive and uncover the truth behind their mission. As they navigate through the ship's dark corners and encounter other survivors, they realize that their survival is more important than they ever could have imagined. But can they escape the claws of the monstrous creatures and make it to their destination?
