When a miniaturized naval pilot (Dennis Quaid) is accidentally injected into the body of a hypochondriac grocery clerk (Martin Short), he must convince his reluctant host to help him extract the technology from his body before it's too late. The pilot's girlfriend (Lydia Maxwell) and her partner join forces to track down the villainous rival scientists and retrieve the computer chip that controls the miniaturization process. A wild adventure ensues as they race against time to rescue Tuck before he runs out of oxygen.
