In the picturesque town of Bambito, Panama, the Ponce family appears to have it all - a successful father, a loving mother, and three perfect children. But behind closed doors, they harbor a secret: Federico, the father, has a alternate persona, Lizzie, a free-spirited woman he becomes when he dresses up as a woman. As Federico's desire to be Lizzie grows, he must confront the challenges of gender reassignment surgery and the impact it may have on his family.
