Stranded in their SUV during a snowstorm, a young couple must fight for survival as the temperature drops and resources dwindle. With Naomi eight months pregnant, they face unforeseen obstacles and personal secrets that threaten their relationship. As hypothermia sets in and hallucinations take hold, they must work together to deliver their baby and escape the frozen prison.
