The Dry

The Dry is a crime thriller film directed by Robert Connolly, based on the best-selling novel by Jane Harper. The movie takes place in a drought-stricken town in Victoria, Australia, where federal agent Aaron Falk returns to attend the funeral of his childhood friend Luke Hadler, who allegedly killed his wife and son before taking his own life. As he delves deeper into the case, Falk must confront his own past and the tragedy that drove him away from the town twenty years ago.
