Boy A

Boy A tells the story of Eric Wilson, a young man released from prison after serving time for a heinous crime he committed as a child. Given a new identity as Jack Burridge, he tries to start a new life under the guidance of social worker Terry. Despite his efforts to rehabilitate, Eric's past catches up with him when a local newspaper uncovers his true identity and he becomes the subject of public scrutiny. As he struggles to come to terms with his past and navigate his new life, Eric must confront the consequences of his actions and decide whether or not to reveal the truth about himself to those he has come to care about.
