"Barry" tells the story of a young Barack Obama, struggling to find his identity as a college student in New York City. As he navigates through racism, cultural differences, and ordinary life challenges, Barry must confront his inner turmoil and find a way to embrace his American identity. Along the way, he meets a diverse group of characters, including his girlfriend Charlotte, who challenge him to think critically about his place in society.
