In the depths of Chicago's sewers, a monstrous creature has been growing in secret. Born from a baby alligator flushed down a toilet, it has survived on a diet of discarded lab animals injected with growth hormones. Now, it's grown to enormous size and is ready to unleash its hunger on the city above. As the body count rises, a hard-boiled detective and a big-game hunter must team up to stop the beast before it's too late. But as they close in, they discover that the true horror may not be the alligator itself, but the dark secrets it has uncovered about humanity's willingness to experiment on life. Will they be able to end the terror, or will this monster continue to haunt Chicago's underbelly?
