Exploring the turbulent relationships between psychiatrist Carl Jung, his mentor Sigmund Freud, and Sabina Spielrein, a troubled young woman who comes between them, A Dangerous Method delves into the world of sexual and intellectual discovery on the eve of World War I. Drawn from true-life events, the movie takes a glimpse into the dark side of human nature, where ambition, desire, and deception threaten to destroy everything in its path.
