Thirst

In the scorching heat, a family of three ekes out a living on a barren hill, their laundry business struggling due to the unreliable water supply. Hope arrives in the form of a diviner and his daughter, who promise to find a well on their land and bring an end to their water woes. But as they dig deeper, they uncover a thirst far greater than mere physical need, one that threatens to upend their simple existence and change their lives forever.
