Buoyancy: A Heart-Wrenching Journey of Survival and Redemption In the sprawling rice fields of Cambodia, a young boy named Chakra dreams of a better life. Against the wishes of his family, he sets out on a perilous journey to find work in a Thai factory. But fate has other plans. Deceived by a broker, Chakra and his friend Kea are sold into forced labor on a fishing trawler, where they are subjected to inhumane conditions and brutal violence. As fellow slaves are tortured and murdered around them, Chakra and Kea cling to hope, finding solace in each other's company. But when Kea loses his grip on reality, Chakra realizes he must take drastic measures to escape the clutches of their captors. In a bold and dangerous move, he decides to commandeer the trawler and navigate towards freedom. With the Thai Navy and human traffickers hot on their heels, Chakra must summon all his strength and courage to protect his crew and outwit their pursuers. Will he succeed in his quest for liberty, or will the treacherous sea consume them all?
