In the heart of Tibet's grasslands, a traditional family's harmony is disrupted when the mother, Drolkar, secretly uses condoms to contravene China's one-child policy. Her husband and sons are unaware of her actions, and a chance discovery of the condoms sparks a series of tense encounters, challenging the family's beliefs on sexuality, religion, and tradition. As the family grapples with the consequences of Drolkar's decision, they must confront the harsh realities of their society and the true meaning of emancipation. Will they find a way to reconcile their deeply held beliefs with the demands of modern life, or will their struggles tear them apart?
