Stick - Kritiken

It’s in the quieter, more unspoken moments, when it moves away from culture-war clichés — when it delves deep into its characters' respective traumas and tribulations — that Stick really sticks in the mind.

Fortunately, Wilson remains as watchable as anyone of a similar pedigree, from McConaughey to Harrelson, and it’s thanks to this that a show supported by a foundation of all that came before becomes a genuinely easy watch.

The comedy icon impresses in this heartwarming new series.

Owen Wilson is utterly charming in the Ted Lasso of golf.
